Mid-career Award is presented for the exceptionally promising work to professionals in one academic field with 5 and more years of experience. Cancer London 2021 appreciates the effort and support of the Student Committee Member by presenting a "Galen Award".
Aelius Galenus or Claudius Galenus often Anglicized as Galen and better known as Galen of Pergamon was a Greek physician, surgeon and philosopher in the Roman Empire. Arguably the most accomplished of all medical researchers of antiquity, Galen influenced the development of various scientific disciplines, including anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and neurology, as well as philosophy and logic.
Galen Awardee will be given Memento, Certificate and 50% discount on registration fee for upcoming conference as a token of appreciation.
Eligibility: Should be registered before the Award deadline for Cancer London 2021.
Selection Criteria: Should have more than 5 years of experience in one field and based on Research works, Conferences attended and other awards.
